It has been my privilege and pleasure to be Headteacher at Cantell over the past four terms.

Cantell is a very special place with students and staff as our main strengths. I have delighted in the positive attitudes, hard work and generous nature of our students in so many areas of school life. They support and encourage each other, pushing to achieve the best that they can for themselves and for each other.

Our staff team are dedicated, hard working and always willing to go that extra mile. Together, students and staff, we are a very harmonious and happy community. Our diversity gives us richness and I believe we are a role model for multicultural living and working.

When OfSTED visited us last year they identified a 'powerful air of improvement' and recognised much that was good and outstanding.

This has helped us achieve some of the best results ever this summer and an opportunity to continue to build on that success.
