The Cantell house system embeds a sense of community, friendship and healthy competition amongst both students and staff. A strong house identity empowers our students to participate and thrive in all aspects of school life, both in and out of the classroom.
The aim of the House System at Cantell is to build a smaller community within a bigger one to create stronger bonds and connections for students and staff alike. This allows students to make connections with staff and students across year groups who they wouldn’t normally have the opportunity to meet, therefore creating the family atmosphere.
The qualities instilled by belonging to a house family ensure that Cantell students go on to value and appreciate making positive contributions to our wider society.
