Our fundamental mission is to provide an exceptional learning experience for every student so that they may lead a happy and successful life now and in the future.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Human Resources Officer to provide generalist HR support to the school’s senior leadership team. The successful candidate will lead the development of outstanding HR practice ensuring timely and positive outcomes for the school.

You will provide guidance and advice on the interpretation and application of HR policies and employment laws to support the management team in managing casework and progressing cases through to conclusion. You will also be responsible for all areas of Human Resources administration, including personnel files, updating the schools Information Management System, pay and new starters and Leavers information.

The successful candidate will manage the organisation of all recruitment activities for the school.

Holding the relevant qualifications and with an up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, you will have experience in a similar HR role, ideally gained within Education, but not essential.
