Science Technician (Maternity Cover)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative Science Technician to join our Science team from October or earlier if available. The role will be Maternity cover, Fixed Term Contract.

The Science Technician will support teaching and learning within the department by clearing away experiments and equipment and organising the preparation room for the next day.  Ideally the candidate should have GCSE in science and/or a keen interest in science, training will be given. The successful candidate will become a pivotal part of a team of teachers and support staff that strives for the highest levels of student achievement within the subject.

The pro rata salary offered is between £15,455- £16,710 (25 Hours) for 39 weeks per year and term time only.
